a. Individual Donations
- Individuals can donate via online payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, or cheque.

b. CSR Donations (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Corporate donors can contribute in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 (Section 135).
- A formal MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) or CSR agreement will be signed outlining the purpose and reporting requirements.
- We provide necessary documentation including 12A, 80G, CSR registration (Form CSR-1), and utilization reports as required by law.
3. Use of Funds

- Happy Bharat Sankalp Foundation maintains full transparency in fund allocation and project execution.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Donations once made cannot be refunded or cancelled, except in case of a technical error such as double payments or fraud.
